Noise insulation leaves much to be desired!!! Poor air conditioning performance is frustrating, leading to uncomfortable stays at times!!! Maintenance issues in rooms could greatly improve guest experience!!!

I liked that the hotel was big size, ideal with an excellent service. In general the staff were amazingly nice and welcoming. The location was ideal, and the incredibly nice breakfast was offered. There was a nice restaurant, shopping centers and a supermarket next door. The venue was 20 minutes drive from the airport...

Liked staying at the a nice size and good value for money queen room with pretty balcony. Location: the hotel was adjacent to both the train station and the bus station, the main shopping district and the center of the city and the train station.

The AC struggled to cool the room, yet the bathroom had great hot water pressure.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to train and bus stations! The clean and tidy room was a pleasant surprise too!

Poor sound insulation made for a restless night. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms! Staff responsiveness late at night was also disappointing.

The weather was sunny, had very good stay. The location was exceptionally nice, in the Centrum district and walk from a railroad station. The hotel itself was in a residential area.

The location was useful for the railway station, and moving on the next day

The location is excellent, just a short walk to train and bus stations, making our travel around Sofia very convenient.

The shower in our room had weak water pressure with some inconvenience .

Stayed in a double room, but my sheets were disgustingly dirty and folded like they were fresh. And with the shower having constant issues, it definitely woudl ve been nice to get a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles. I almost thought of giving a good review, but then reality hit me.

the reception was cute and the location was a breezy walk to attractions. the room was too cold and the noise from the street bothered me.

The units are carpeted, great-sized with a balcony.

I stayed in a Double or Twin Room for 2 nights. The sheets were clean, but I wish they were bigger for the bed. Showers had strong hot water pressure, great. Breakfast had a decent variety, definitely exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. And a small balcony with a mountain view was a nice touch. Getting to the bus station was easy, just a quick walk away, which I loved!
